It earned renown for its lotus-seed-paste sweets, nicknamed 'the first house of lotus paste', with mooncakes and lotus pastries its signatures.

Its craft lies in slow-cooked lotus-seed paste and flaky pastry, following time-honored Cantonese baking recipes and technique.
