Sobre Parque infantil Xinhualian de Xining

The Xining Macrolink Tongmeng Wonderland Resort is a large integrated theme-park and family-leisure complex on the eastern outskirts of Xining, built as part of the Macrolink group's chain of "Wonderland" tourism properties across China. Rated 4A by the national tourism authorities, the resort combines amusement-park rides, themed zones, hotels, shopping, and dining into a single walled destination aimed primarily at Chinese families with young children.

The park follows the standard model of contemporary Chinese theme parks. Themed zones are organized around a mix of subjects — international cultural villages, cartoon-character lands, fantasy castles, water-play areas — connected by walking streets lined with shops, snack stalls, and character-meet points. Attractions range from mild family rides (carousels, slow boat rides, small roller coasters) to more adrenaline-driven rides for older children and teenagers, plus the VR simulators, 5D cinemas, and indoor play zones that have become standard at Chinese amusement parks.

The hotel and resort component of the property is a substantial part of the experience. Macrolink markets the Wonderland as a multi-day family destination, with on-site accommodation, character breakfasts, evening shows, and packages that bundle park admission with hotel stays. For Chinese families traveling with children it offers a self-contained alternative to the more famous parks in Beijing, Shanghai, or Chengdu.

For most independent foreign travelers to Xining, Macrolink Tongmeng Wonderland is not a priority destination. The park is designed for the domestic family market, and almost all of its theming, food, and entertainment is in Chinese without significant English-language support. The signature sights of the Xining area — Kumbum Monastery, Qinghai Lake, the provincial museum, the high plateau itself — are far more distinctive and are what makes the region worth traveling to.

That said, for expat families based in China, for visitors with children who need a break from cultural sightseeing, or for travelers with extra time in Xining before or after a Tibet or Silk Road itinerary, the Wonderland can be a useful half-day or full-day option. It is comfortably middle-market by Chinese theme-park standards, with the usual mix of well-maintained headline rides and slightly tired secondary attractions that characterizes the country's domestic park sector.
