The founding old brand of Gangshan doubanjiang in Kaohsiung, established in 1948 by ROC Air Force veteran Liu Mingde in a military dependents' village; hailed as Taiwan's top sauce and counted among the three treasures of Gangshan.

A famed stall founded in 1965 at the entrance of Liuhe Night Market, its freshly blended papaya milk is the first sign visitors meet stepping into the market.

A Kaohsiung-original snack founded in 1963 at the Gushan ferry pier in Hamasen, its recipe traces back to Japanese baking technique; locals call it the afternoon tea of old Kaohsiung.
