Giới thiệu về Động Kỳ Lương

Qiliang Cave lies a short distance north of Fenghuang Ancient Town and is one of the region's best-known natural attractions, rated a 4A scenic area. Locally, there is a saying that visitors who have seen Qiliang Cave need not bother with other caves, a reflection of how highly regarded the site is among Xiangxi's karst attractions.

Inside, the cave system is unusually varied for a single site: chambers rise into hill-like formations, walkways lead past sheer rock faces, and open sections resemble miniature countryside scenes with what look like fields and clustered village dwellings carved by mineral deposits over a very long span of time. A stream runs through part of the cave, and the entrance itself is notably large, rising to roughly the height of a fifteen-story building, which gives an immediate sense of scale before visitors even move deeper inside. The full circuit through the cave system stretches for several kilometers, so the experience unfolds gradually, with new chambers and rock formations appearing at each turn.

Visiting Qiliang Cave generally takes a couple of hours, making it a comfortable half-day trip from Fenghuang's old town, often paired with other nearby natural or cultural sites for a fuller day out. Because much of the walking is on prepared paths inside the cave, it suits most fitness levels, though the interior stays cool and slightly damp year-round, so a light layer is worth bringing regardless of the season outside. For travelers who have already spent a day or two among Fenghuang's riverside streets, Qiliang Cave offers a change of pace, trading old-town architecture for the underground scenery that has made the site a standout stop in the wider Xiangxi region.
