Founded in 1950, Heji specializes in halal lamb huimian noodle soup and was recognized by MOFCOM as a second-batch China Time-Honored Brand in 2011.
Founded in the early Republic era, Geji is celebrated for its claypot-braised pork rice-cake technique, designated a second-batch MOFCOM China Time-Honored Brand in 2011 and a Henan provincial ICH the same year.
