Guizhou Chun Scenic Area — also known as the Guizhou Chun Tourism Resort — is a 4A-rated integrated leisure and cultural park on the eastern edge of Xingyi, built around the headquarters and original distillery of one of Guizhou's best-known baijiu (Chinese spirit) brands. Set in a typical karst valley with the usual peaks, river bends, and dense forest cover, the resort combines sightseeing, family attractions, gardens, and food-and-drink experiences in one walled complex.

The core of the park is built around the baijiu operation. Visitors can walk through landscaped gardens of flowers — the "love flower sea," love corridor, seven-color plaza, and Qixiang Pavilion are the most photographed areas — past distillery buildings, storage yards, and traditional fermentation pits where the sorghum-based spirit is made. The cultural layer is fundamentally about baijiu production, and guided visits explain the multi-grain recipe, the earthen-pit solid-state fermentation technique, and the long aging process that defines Guizhou spirits.

Around the distillery core, the resort has built a wide variety of family attractions: a hotel with character rooms (including the "mushroom" boutique block), an amusement area with a haunted house, 5D cinema, VR experiences, a skating rink, karting and all-terrain-vehicle tracks, and a "internet-famous" pedestrian bridge. There are also beer halls, food courts, and seasonal flower festivals, making Guizhou Chun the most resort-like of Xingyi's scenic areas.

For most independent foreign travelers, Guizhou Chun is a secondary stop — appealing mainly to visitors interested in Chinese baijiu, traveling with children, or looking for a relaxed evening venue after a day of karst sightseeing. The 4A rating reflects the breadth of facilities rather than the uniqueness of the scenery, and the karst landscapes at Wanfenglin and Malinghe Gorge are more distinctive.

That said, for travelers with an interest in spirits the chance to see a working Guizhou baijiu distillery up close is genuinely worthwhile — Guizhou is one of the great baijiu regions of China, and the demonstration pits at Guizhou Chun offer an accessible introduction to a craft that is otherwise hard to access for non-Chinese speakers.
