Fuwudalou Cold Noodles

Fuwudalou Cold Noodles belongs to the Yanji Service Building Company (Yanji Restaurant), which has made traditional Korean cold noodles since 1958 and is one of Yanji's most celebrated cold-noodle names, its craft kept for over sixty years.

Hailed as the "first house of Yanji cold noodles," Fuwudalou was among the earliest to take Yanji cold noodles beyond the city, and is regarded as a culinary landmark of the Yanbian prefecture.

Its cold noodles follow the Korean traditional method, buckwheat strands in a sweet-sour chilled beef broth with spicy cabbage, beef, egg, cucumber and apple-pear slices, prized for a clear broth, springy noodles and abundant garnishes, the authentic taste of Yanji cold noodles.
