Guilin Sanhua Liquor

Guilin Sanhua Liquor's brewing tradition traces back to the Song dynasty, drawing on Lijiang River water and traditional small-yeast fermentation. The modern enterprise was established in 1952 through state-directed restructuring of earlier private distilleries, and has since become the city's defining spirit brand.

The name 'Sanhua' (three flowers) refers to triple-distillation and triple-aging; the spirit is soft, clean and purely fragrant—one of Guilin's most popular souvenirs and a registered China Time-Honored Brand.

Made from local premium rice with Lijiang River water, the liquor undergoes traditional small-yeast fermentation and triple distillation, then ages in underground earthenware jars, yielding a style with prominent rice aroma and a mellow, smooth character.

It continues to operate as a China Time-Honored Brand, distributing nationwide and standing as the defining brand of Guilin's local liquor culture.
