Yi Zhi Chan Tuina (One-Finger Zen Massage)

The practitioner uses the tip of the thumb to apply steady, even pressure and movement along acupoints and meridians. It values cultivated skill and a gentle yet penetrating touch, aiming to unblock the meridians and regulate the body.
As a national-level item of intangible cultural heritage (traditional medicine), Yi Zhi Chan tuina preserves a distinctive system of TCM manipulation and reflects the wisdom of external therapy and wellness in Chinese medicine.
