Yi Zhi Chan ('one-finger Zen') tuina is a school of traditional Chinese medical massage. Centered on the 'one-finger Zen' technique, it emphasizes applying force through the thumb, and is preserved in Zhuhai as a transmitted TCM lineage.

The practitioner uses the tip of the thumb to apply steady, even pressure and movement along acupoints and meridians. It values cultivated skill and a gentle yet penetrating touch, aiming to unblock the meridians and regulate the body.
