The Look of Fenghuang Cultural Village sits along the Tuo River within Fenghuang Ancient Town and has become known as an immersive folk-culture destination, built around recreating the atmosphere of old Xiangxi rather than simply displaying it behind glass. The combination of choreography, lighting, and the river's reflection is designed to turn the performance into something closer to a moving tableau than a conventional stage show, with the natural riverside setting doing much of the visual work.
