Pinxiangzhai is a century-old Nanchang pastry house, its name long established in the Xihu district, making its name with Chinese tea snacks such as egg-yolk fried dough twists, egg-yolk pastries, walnut cookies and peanut crisps—golden, fragrant and melt-in-the-mouth—the emblem of the city's tea-sweet culture. It passed the 2023 Ministry of Commerce review with conditions attached.
