Ce qui a fait sa renommée

Yichangning is famed across southern Liaoning for traditional Chinese pastries such as the Eight Treasures, mooncakes and sachima, the most representative century-old name in Dalian's pastry culture.

Savoir-faire emblématique

Its pastries follow old methods using flour, oil, malt sugar and nuts through stages of dough-making, filling, shaping and baking, prized for crisp skins and full fillings, sweet and fragrant, showing the craft of traditional Chinese pastry.
