The Twin Pagoda Park is a large urban park in the southern part of Taiyuan, designed around the celebrated Twin Pagoda of Yongzuo Temple that give the park its name. Combining formal landscaping with historic scenery, it is one of the most important public green spaces in the city and a popular destination for residents out for a stroll, exercise, or weekend family outings. For travelers, the park offers a relaxed complement to a visit to the temple itself and a pleasant window into everyday life in modern Taiyuan.

The park was laid out to frame the two Ming-era pagodas as its central visual anchor, with open lawns, ornamental lakes, and winding paths designed to create sightlines toward the pagodas from multiple angles. Walking through the park, visitors pass terraced flower beds, rock gardens, traditional pavilions, and stone bridges over small lakes, with the silhouette of the twin pagodas rising above the trees in nearly every view.
