Jimei School Village

Jimei School Village is a historic educational district in the Jimei area of northern Xiamen, founded in the early twentieth century by the prominent overseas Chinese philanthropist Tan Kah Kee. As both a working educational complex and a heritage site, it showcases the unique blend of Chinese and Western architectural styles and the distinct Southern Fujianese overseas-Chinese culture that shaped modern Xiamen.
