Emeishan Wild Mountain Tea

Tea cultivation on Emeishan dates to the Han dynasty. Buddhist monasteries on the mountain were long major promoters of tea growing and processing, deeply entwining Emeishan tea with Buddhist culture and establishing it as one of China's famous teas.
Brewed at around 80 degrees Celsius, the tender single-bud or two-leaf shoots stand upright and unfurl in the glass, making it as beautiful to watch as to drink.
The refined aroma conferred by cloud-misted mountain terrain and a thousand-year history intertwined with Buddhist culture make Emeishan tea an important representative of China's high-mountain green teas.
