Thành lập

Fuchun was founded in 1885, beginning as a small flower nursery before growing into a teahouse that combined gardens, tea art, dim sum and cooking. It became the standard-bearer of Yangzhou's morning-tea culture and was recognised among the first batch of China Time-Honored Brands in 2006.

Điều làm nên danh tiếng

Its signature Kuilongzhu tea blends the flavour of Zhejiang Longjing, the colour of Anhui Kuizhen and the fragrance of Fujian zhulan, brewed with Yangzi River water—"three provinces' tea in one pot." Paired with san-ding buns and thousand-layer cake, it is the classic spot for the local "water wrapped in skin" morning tea.

Nghề thủ công đặc trưng

Fuchun's pastries are made entirely by hand, prized for thin wrappers, tender fillings, elegant shapes and great variety; fermentation, folding and heat control each follow a distinct, codified method.

Vị thế văn hóa

Its "Fuchun tea-pastry making craft" entered the national ICH list in 2008 and, as part of China's traditional tea processing techniques and associated customs, joined UNESCO's Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2022.
