Wan Long ham house was founded in 1864 near Hangzhou's Qinghefang quarter and became a celebrated maker of southern-style cured provisions.

Its hams, soy-braised ducks and sausages are traditional southern flavors on Hangzhou's festival tables, embedded in local foodways.

Its curing depends on careful selection and seasonal air-drying, preserving the traditional methods of Jiangnan cured foods.

A Zhejiang time-honored brand, still operating in Hangzhou.
