The herbal-tea cultural zone in Guangzhou's Xiguan area of Liwan is a key birthplace and home of the liangcha custom. Xiguan has long been dense with herbal-tea shops where time-honored brands have been handed down for generations, and the zone gathers the history and food culture of Lingnan herbal tea.
