Yinhai Morning Tea

Yinhai Morning Tea comes from the Yinhai Hotel in Zhanjiang and has served the city for many years. In 2024 the Zhanjiang commerce authority and two partner departments published the first batch of "Zhanjiang Time-Honoured Brands," and Yinhai Morning Tea was named among them as a city-recognised heritage brand.

Yinhai Morning Tea anchors itself in authentic Cantonese morning tea in Zhanjiang, its har gow, siu mai, char siu buns and rice rolls drawing families and weekend diners back again and again.

Its dim sum follows the Cantonese one-pot-two-pieces tradition, steamed to order with thin skins, fresh fillings and precise heat, carrying the craft of western-Guangdong morning tea and Cantonese teahouse practice.

Yinhai Morning Tea is listed in the first batch of "Zhanjiang Time-Honoured Brands" (a city-level designation, not the MOFCOM "China Time-Honoured Brand").
