Three-fresh wontons take their name from a filling of fresh pork, dried shrimp and pickled mustard tuber, served in a pork-bone broth garnished with shredded dried tofu and egg crepe. The wrappers are thin, the filling generous, the soup clear and savory.

유래

The dish arose among villagers in the Dongting area of Xishan and gradually became a traditional Wuxi specialty, widely popularized by brands such as Wangxingji.
