Zhaobin Food's traditional pickles, braised flavours and prepared meats are well known in Tai'an, making it one of the city's few food enterprises to earn the Chinese time-honoured brand recognition.

Its making follows old methods of curing and braising, with an emphasis on authentic ingredients and careful heat, carrying the flavour tradition of central Shandong food.
