Taishan Liquor (Taishan Brand)
제1차 선정Taishan Liquor Group was founded in 1945, its forerunner the Zhuyang distillery born in the war years, and in 1949 it became the first state-run enterprise in Tai'an. Standing at the foot of Mount Tai, it takes the mountain's name for its spirits, and in 2011 it adopted its present name, now approaching eighty years.
Taishan Liquor is a leading name in Shandong spirits; its Five-Mountains-Supreme, Steady-as-Mount-Tai and Taishan Special baijiu sell across the province and beyond, its strength long ranking among the top in the regional trade, and it is listed among Shandong's time-honoured brands.
Its brewing draws fine grain and water from the foot of Mount Tai, following the traditional solid-state fermentation to make its strong-aroma baijiu, prizing aged pit-vats and a mellow body, with the mountain's weight and steadiness as its brand image.
