Hainan Yedao
제3차 선정Hainan Yedao (Group) traces back to the state-run Haikou City Winery, also called the Haikou Beverage Factory, founded in 1953. That same year Feng Zhifu, heir to a deer-and-turtle wine recipe passed down among the people for centuries, presented the formula and technique to the state, and the factory took it on, issuing the first bottle of Yedao deer-and-turtle wine and beginning its industrial production. It was restructured into a shareholding company in 1993 and listed on the Shanghai exchange in 2000.
Yedao deer-and-turtle wine follows the Chinese-medicine ideal of yin-yang balance, steeped from fifteen medicinal herbs; the house has focused on health wine for more than half a century since 1953 and once led China's health-wine brand value, with Yedao recognised as a China Time-Honoured Brand in 2024.
Its deer-and-turtle wine weds an old folk recipe to industrial method, drawing on deer and turtle with a precise blend of herbs, balancing heat of preparation and harmony of proportions, a representative of China's traditional health-wine craft.
