Lin's Desserts
제1차 선정Founded in 1914 on old Anshun's Rulin Road, Lin's Desserts has run for over a century and is now in the hands of the fourth generation, a fixture of local afternoons and summer evenings.
The Rulin Road and Guofu Street quarter is the heart of Anshun's old shops, and Lin's Desserts is known for ice jelly, cold rice cake and sweet-rice balls, the sweet taste woven into local memory.
Its sweets are made by hand to order: ice jelly is washed and set from seeds then dressed with brown sugar and fermented rice, while cold rice cake is steamed from rice batter and glazed with rock-sugar syrup, prized for a clean, refreshing homely sweetness.
Lin's Desserts is a recognised local old shop of Anshun in the regional time-honoured category, with no national MOFCOM "China Time-honoured Brand" designation on record.
