The Naxiang Sea International Tourism Resort is a 4A-rated coastal resort development east of central Weihai, occupying a long stretch of sandy coastline on the southern side of the Jiaodong Peninsula. Designed as an all-seasons destination, it groups beaches, European-style pedestrian streets, hot springs, and family attractions into a single master-planned zone.

The beach is the centerpiece. A wide, relatively sheltered stretch of sand fronts the resort, lined with walking and cycling paths and backed by the landscaped promenades that connect the major hotels and residential blocks. The water is shallow and, in summer, warm enough for swimming. Beach volleyball, kayaking, and other water sports are organized on site, and the layout makes it easy to move between sunbathing, dining, and accommodation without leaving the resort footprint.

Beyond the beach, the resort layers on additional programs. A European-style shopping and dining street, modeled loosely on Mediterranean and Central European architectural styles, provides the principal evening destination. A hot-spring spa offers thermal-bathing experiences, and an adventure world provides structured activities for younger visitors. Seasonal cultural festivals, art exhibitions, and educational programs bring outside programming into the resort through the year.

For foreign visitors, Naxiang Sea is best approached as a base for a slower-paced beach and resort stay rather than as a single sightseeing stop. It pairs well with a longer Shandong itinerary that includes Weihai's urban attractions, Liugong Island, and the eastern coast around Cape Chengshan. Bring swimwear for the beach and hot springs, comfortable shoes for the promenade, and an appetite for Yellow Sea seafood, which dominates the restaurant menus in the European-style district.
