The Zhengxingde tea house was established in 1738 by the Mu family, one of Tianjin's "Eight Great Households." A long-established halal tea merchant, it dealt chiefly in scented and famous teas.

Ce qui a fait sa renommée

Zhengxingde is renowned for jasmine tea scented from select highland spring buds, long praised for a clear yet deep liquor that brews bracingly cup after cup — a flagship of Tianjin's tea culture.

Savoir-faire emblématique

Its scenting craft repeatedly layers tea leaves with fresh blossoms and then sifts them out, drawing the floral aroma deep into the leaf to create a distinctly Tianjin style of jasmine tea.
