Musée d'art Mu Xin

The Mu Xin Art Museum is a small, modern art museum within the West Scenic Zone of Wuzhen, dedicated to the life and work of the writer, poet, and painter Mu Xin (1927-2011). Mu Xin spent much of his life in exile in New York after the upheavals of the Cultural Revolution, and his return to prominence in later life, partly through the Wuzhen area's revival, made him one of the more distinctive literary and artistic figures associated with the town.
