The Meridian View Center — known in Chinese as Diwang Guanguang, "Diwang Observation" — is the public observation deck of the Diwang Mansion, for many years the tallest building in Shenzhen and still one of the most recognisable landmarks on the city's skyline. The deck occupies the sixty-ninth floor of the tower, at the heart of the Luohu business district, and is one of the easiest high-level viewing experiences to reach in central Shenzhen.

The Diwang Mansion was completed in the mid-1990s as a joint Hong Kong-mainland development and held the title of tallest building in China for a short period. Its total height of 383.95 metres (324.8 metres of architectural height above grade) made it the architectural symbol of early-reform-era Shenzhen, and although newer and much taller towers have since overtaken it, the building remains a centrepiece of the Luohu skyline.

The observation experience is branded "Shen-Hong Window" for the view it offers across both sides of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong border. Looking south from the deck, visitors can see across the low-rise industrial districts of northern Luohu to the Shenzhen River and the New Territories of Hong Kong beyond. To the north, the full sweep of central Shenzhen's skyline is laid out, from the Futian central business district to the Bao'an towers on the western horizon.

The "Window" theme is reinforced by interpretive displays on the history of Shenzhen's reform and opening and the integration of the Greater Bay Area. Bilingual panels explain the major landmarks visible from the windows, and multimedia exhibits cover the broader story of the region.

For international travellers, the Meridian View Center is the most convenient observation deck for a half-day itinerary based in Luohu or Futian. Visit at dusk for the transition from day to night views, when the lights of both Shenzhen and Hong Kong come up across the landscape.
