Guyue Longshan

Guyue Longshan centres on Shaoxing yellow wine and gathers brands such as Shen Yonghe, Nu'erhong and Zhuangyuanhong; it became the first listed Chinese yellow-wine company, consolidating several century-old Shaoxing breweries.

It is a defining name in Chinese yellow wine, runs the China Yellow Wine Museum and keeps a large reserve of aged wine, often serving as Shaoxing's showcase for the craft.

Its cellars carry on the national-level Shaoxing yellow-wine brewing heritage, and sub-brands like Shen Yonghe and Nu'erhong are themselves time-honored names, sustaining hand winter-brewing and long aging.
